How do I know which bat is right for my age/skill level?
Our product descriptions include detailed sizing and age recommendations. For BBCOR bats, we clearly mark certification. If you need personalized advice, email our team at [email protected] – we’re all players who can help you choose the right gear.
Do you sell team uniforms in bulk?
Yes! We specialize in team orders and offer special pricing for bulk purchases. Contact us directly at [email protected] for team order inquiries.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM EST Friday will process the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia. Our international customers can choose either shipping option, though delivery times may vary slightly by destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely! For Standard Shipping, you’ll receive full tracking details. For Free Shipping, we provide basic tracking. You’ll receive your tracking information via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. All returns must be in original condition with tags attached. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
