At Baseball Gear Store, we stand behind our equipment like a catcher behind home plate. We want you to be completely satisfied with your baseball gear purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Important Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Batting helmets
  • Batting gloves
  • Baseball catcher’s gear
  • Boy’s sliding shorts
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered items

Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order number

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Baseball Gear Store Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send any items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include:

  • The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or packing slip

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Timing:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. In your initial email, specify the item you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return

If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (rare, but it happens even to the pros):

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and your order number
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
